Privacy Policy

Best Technická s.r.o. (hereinafter the 'controller') processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

Processing of Contact Data

Data submitted via the contact form (name, email, phone, message) are processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data will not be shared with third parties.

Processing of CVs and Applications

Personal data and CVs submitted via the careers form (name, email, phone, cover message, CV) are processed for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Documents are retained for the duration of the recruitment process, max. 6 months from receipt, unless you consent to a longer period.

Third Parties and External Services

The contact page embeds a Google Maps map provided by Google. When it loads, data (in particular your IP address) may be sent to Google and cookies may be stored in your browser. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Retention Period

Contact data are retained for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, max. 2 years from last contact. CVs are retained for the duration of the recruitment process, max. 6 months.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You may exercise your rights by email at obchod@best-technicka.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
